Automations, Salesforce & NetSuite Direct Export
June turned scheduled alerts into full Automations: condition-based triggers that take AI-driven actions on your data, not just notify you about it. We also added Salesforce as a native connector, shipped a NetSuite browser extension for one-click report exports straight to Sheets, and added Google Search Console as a data source.
Automations
Alerts evolved into Automations: set a condition on your data, and let the AI take an action when it fires, from drafting a summary to updating a sheet, instead of just pinging you.
Salesforce Connector
Salesforce joins the connector lineup as a native, live data source. Pull accounts, opportunities, and pipeline data into Sheets on a schedule.
NetSuite Browser Extension
A new Chrome extension exports NetSuite reports directly to Google Sheets in one click, no manual CSV download and re-upload required.
Google Search Console Connector
Import search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, position) directly into Sheets on a recurring schedule.
Book a Call
Added a dedicated /book page with an inline scheduler for product demos, enterprise pricing questions, and migration help, no email back-and-forth required.
MCP, Redshift & Smarter Imports
May brought the biggest batch of new capabilities since launch: a built-in MCP server that turns your data sources into AI tools, a native Amazon Redshift connector, offline-capable scheduled imports, Mermaid diagrams in AI Analyst, and a full run details slide-over.
MCP Server & API Keys
Every data source is now exposed as an MCP tool. Generate an API key, point your AI client at the Brooked MCP endpoint, and query live data directly from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible tool.
Amazon Redshift Connector
Redshift joins the connector lineup. Query tables, views, and custom SQL, schedule automatic refreshes, and pull results into Google Sheets, all without leaving the add-on.
Offline Scheduled Imports
Scheduled imports now request offline access during Google auth and store a refresh token. Background syncs no longer fail when your browser session has expired.
Mermaid Diagrams in AI Analyst
The AI can now render diagrams inline when explaining data relationships, pipelines, or schemas, generated server-side and embedded directly in the chat response.
Run Details Slide-Over
Click any import, export, or alert run to open a full-detail panel with execution logs, row counts, error messages, and timing, no modal, no page navigation.
API Key Management
Generate, view, and revoke API keys from the new MCP Connections tab in the add-on. Keys are scoped to your workspace and can be rotated at any time.
Slack Alerts & Notifications
