Common questions about switching
- Is the data migrated, or do I need to re-connect everything?
- Re-connect. Brooked uses direct OAuth to each source (Snowflake, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) — there's no pipeline to move. The benefit: your Coefficient pipelines stay live during the transition. The trade-off: you reauthorize each source once, which usually takes 60–90 seconds per source.
- What about the formulas I've written? Will =COEFFICIENT_QUERY( ) work?
- No — Brooked uses its own BRKD_QUERY( ) function with the same in-cell pattern. We do the rewrite on the call. Most simple lookups port in seconds; complex SQL is a copy-paste with a function-name change.
- What if Brooked doesn't have a connector I need?
- Tell us on the migration call. We support 20+ sources today (Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, GA4, and more). If something critical is missing, we'll prioritize it on the roadmap — and if it's already coming, we'll tell you the date.
- How long does the full migration take?
- Most teams are fully migrated within two weeks of the first call. The biggest variable is how many active sheets you have. Teams with under 20 active sheets are usually done in one week.
- What happens after the 90-day free Pro?
- You convert to a paid annual or monthly Pro plan ($23 or $29 per user/month). Or you drop back to Brooked Free and keep all 20+ sources unlocked at the lower import limit. No automatic charges — we ask for credit card details only when you choose to convert.
